The 2026 New England Veterinary Conference takes place at the Holiday Inn by the Bay, 88 Spring Street in Portland, Maine.  Please make hotel reservations early - rooms will not be available at the conference rate after the expiration of the room block rates.

Hotel Reservations

• Holiday Inn by the Bay: Rates rates $244 and $269, plus parking, taxes and fees.  Room rate expires August 22, 2026.  Book rooms at the Holiday Inn by the Bay

• Aloft Portland Downtown Waterfront: Room rate TBD, plus taxes, fees, parking.  Room rate expires September 2, 2025.   Book rooms at the Aloft Portland Downtown Waterfront

• Westin Portland Harborview: $349, plus taxes, fees, parking.  The NEVMA room rate expires on August 24, 2026.

• Additional area hotels: Listed below are some of the other area hotels with their distance from the Holiday Inn by the Bay.  Hotels further away from the Old Port area may be less expensive.

Directions

• Holiday Inn by the Bay: From the North or South: Take I-295 to Exit 7 (Franklin Street). Stay on Franklin Street for five (5) lights. Take a right onto Middle Street and travel approximately 1 mile. (Middle Street turns into Spring Street.) The Holiday Inn will be on the left. 

Parking

• Overnight guests will be charged a parking fee with their room fee and will park under the hotel.
• For day conference attendees, there is parking in the garage adjacent to the Holiday Inn at no charge, first come, first serve. On Saturday and Sunday. there is an additional surface lot on Free Street available.  The Free Street lot is only available for entry for two hours in the morning, once you exit, there is no re-entry.
• There are additional city garages and lots nearby, rates differ at each.
• On-street parking is free on Sunday
